Commission eligibility depends on approval, compliant promotion, valid attribution, seller eligibility, payout verification, and the affiliate terms.
Year one starts on the referred seller's first eligible sale, not signup or click.
What commissions are based on
Latuos charges sellers a 3% platform fee per sale. Affiliate commissions are calculated from the Latuos platform-fee net, not the buyer payment, seller revenue, Stripe processing fee, VAT, tax, refunded platform fee, fraud, abuse, or self-referral activity.

How referrals are tracked
Referral tracking may use a 60-day affiliate cookie where cookie consent is accepted; same-session URL attribution may still work without cookies.
Who should apply
The strongest fit is a creator educator or operator with an audience that already cares about selling digital products, payment ownership, direct Stripe payouts, or lower-overhead storefronts.
Affiliate approval and seller approval are separate. Self-referrals are not allowed.

Supported countries at launch
Affiliate onboarding initially supports applicants based in these countries, with manual exceptions where legally and operationally supported.
Referred sellers are initially eligible when based in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, or New Zealand.
Promotion rules in plain English
Affiliate content must be accurate, transparent, and clearly
disclosed. Paid or affiliate links should use
rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow"
where applicable.

- Misleading claims about pricing, payouts, or eligibility
Payouts are reviewed manually
Latuos reviews affiliate payouts bi-weekly on the 1st and 15th. The normal payout threshold is $25 USD in approved commissions awaiting payout, and balances below the threshold roll over to future payout periods.
Before payment, affiliates must have accepted the affiliate terms and provided any required payout, invoice, tax, identity, or compliance information requested during review.
